Death Certificate Translation - Requirements, types and more

Death Certificate-What is it?

A death certificate is one of the most underrated documents in the world. You will even find people who would be surprised to hear that there is a certificate for death as well. Similar to birth certificate a death certificate is used to mark the death of an individual. This piece of document is very important especially for the later generations of the individuals who face untimely death, as it helps them claim insurance etc. for securing their future.

What Does A Death Certificate Contain?

As most of you might have already figured out a death certificate is known to contain the information related to the dead person, particularly the date of his death. Aside from this, a death certificate will contain information which will tell you about the age of the person when he died, the time of his death any known relatives and the cause of his death.

Where is it Required?

Most people don’t know the value of death certificate however they ought to realize that it is one of the most important pieces of documents to own. For people who are wondering when and where is this document required, the below-mentioned points will provide a clear idea of same.
  1. Cases of Life Insurance: Any insurance amount which you are authorized to get will only be released by concerned authorities after they get a copy of the death certificate. The process insurance wouldn’t move an inch forward until and unless you are able to produce this government certificate as required.
  2. Pensions: Any direct relative of a government official who recently died can only claim the pension after submitting a death certificate to the concerned authorities. Along with this, you will be required to present the proof of you being the direct relative of the person who died.
  3. Wills and Property Settlement: A will can only be effectively brought into practice legally after submitting the death certificate to the court. Even the banks will require a death certificate of the account holder should his nominee go claiming the amount from the account to be released.
  4. Medical Advantages: Again this case is limited to the relatives of a government official who does have medical waivers offered to him by the government. The same benefits can be claimed or passed on by the government to the family member of the dead should they be able to produce the proof of his death i.e. the death certificate.
  5. Future Marriages: In some parts of the globe a death certificate is required by a widow or widower should they want to marry again. It is only after presenting the death certificate of their previous spouse that the government will allow them to get married again.
Therefore as seen, a death certificate is one of the most important documents which will be required by you or your offspring at some stage of their life.

Types of Death Certificate

There is generally only type of death certificate issues in every nation of the world. The template or the information mentioned on the Indian death certificate may vary however it is in one way or other interrelated to the ones issued across the globe.

Czech Embassy Online Visa Appointment Booking Process

Facing problem to get online visa appointment for Czech Republic Embassy ?

To start with I would say that this is the case with thousands of students and candidates every month, so don’t feel unlucky and importantly don’t lose hope as after converting to online visa appointment procedure “Embassy of Czech republic” has only tried to make things simpler to help you, as this system is operated from one place for all the students/candidates applying for Czech long term visa from more than hundred’s of countries.

But let’s call it website/software failure or your luck that you have been trying so hard for the first time so it seems a big problem to you for booking an online appointment at this era of finding ease in everything. But let’s take it otherwise this could be a preparation of mind and soul to try hard as you are trying for nothing less….its Schenagen country guys…so this much pain is expected to be beard.

Now come to the point, are you trying to book appointment at https://visapoint.eu and let me confirm that you are at right place because this is only the “Indo-Pak Amritsar border” kind of website which you have to cross in order to get your visa interview appointment. Now let me give you brief description how to proceed with it.

When you search for https://visapoint.eu, you come to this beautiful page which shows you some 200+ important words to read, but from second try onwards you hardly pay attention and just click “Accept”

visapoint.eu/disclaimer page
Now you get directed to the next page, which gives you three options to select from: “Request appointment slot” “confirm request” or “Check position in queue” Please click on first option

Now you will be forwarded to next page, where it will ask you to enter your “citizenship”…after selecting this, next two options will be selected automatically provided country of your citizenship have Czech Embassy otherwise “Country of Residence” will be selected automatically whereas “Czech Embassy/Consulate in” option you have to select based on your choice of country to go for Interview.
Let’s come to the important point, now your fourth option will give you further four options to select and as I can conclude (it’s just with an assumption that you have come all the way to this part of my writing) most probably either you are “frustrated” or “student” who is trying from many days and now started to look for settings, loop holes, problems, ideas or options to get through this appointment process. But let me tell you very straight that, there is no shortcut to this process because people like you and me from several countries are trying every minute and website don’t have brotherhood with anyone, it’s just time and luck.

Once you select one option out of four, you will be asked to prove that you are not a robot, which you are not because robots don’t need visa appointment…lol. And if you have tried a lot of time proving system that you are not a robot, you might be able to understand my point in next two lines: In process to be assumed as human, i have seen 100’s of cars parked on road in front of a shop without signboard of a bridge to make myself human.

And when you are done proving yourself a frustrated and helpless  human being, you mostly have to see this page which says “we are deeply sorry for your inconvenience and better luck next time”.
English to Czech Translation of Documents
But if you never got chance to go beyond this mountain, let me describe you the beautiful view on other side of this mountain. Let’s assume that you were lucky enough and you have been directed to next page, where it is showing a Requested date of appointment available…plz plz plz don’t dare to waste time saying “yes, yes,yes I made it today” because there is only few seconds time you have to go through rest of the process. So, simply click on “Next” as that is the only beautiful option left after long hunt. So, now you are at your dream page where it is asking you about your personal details like: Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Country of Birth and Gender.

After filling those details when you click next, you are asked to enter Passport and contact details like: Passport number, Email Address and Phone number. Next to this is Review and submit option where your filled information will be shown to you for confirmation that there is no mistake and once done with this you will be sent a code on your email which you have to enter to confirm the appointment.

And Guys promise yourself that you won’t go crazy after seeing below screenshot because this is the mother of all appointment letters. As you can see now your appointment is confirmed and your Passport no., Appointment tracking number and confirmation code will be mentioned on this appointment letter with your requested place, date and time of Appointment. Also, you will be given option of “print” with some golden words mentioned above: “You have successfully confirmed your appointment. Please print this page out and save the tracking no. for your records.

Need Help Regarding Appointment ?

Hope you liked my post and find this process interesting enough to carry on with new motivation and luck. If you liked this post, I would love your comments, suggestion and queries. Also, if there is any other issue, doubt or question related to Translation, Attestation, Legalization or Visa application at Czech Embassy, you can write to me and I will try to revert you back with best of my knowledge. Till I find something good enough to write please keep yourself busy proving you are a human being.

Future and Jobs in Foreign langugaes - must read for Language learner

Job Hunting – A Cakewalk for Foreign Language Learners

21st century has come to be recognized as an age of cutthroat competition. If you desire to get hold of a reputed and well paying job, then a string of academic accolades won’t do much good. You need to sport an add-on accomplishment, which would help differentiate you from the crowd and increase your chances of getting the job in question. If you have been on the lookout of this particular add-on, then you must definitely consider taking short or long term coaching in one of the many hot selling foreign language courses.

What Jobs can Foreign Language Learners Grab?

                                   Or

Types of Jobs after learning a Foreign language?

•    Vital Positions in Multi National Companies (MNCs): One look around you and you are sure to bump into n number of MNCs, each one of which is seen making all efforts to overpower the other. Any MNC that you were to study in-depth, you would realize that it is made up of people belonging to different cultures and speaking different languages. In order to encourage healthy flow of information both horizontally and vertically and so also to do away with communication gaps of any kind, MNCs are seen hiring foreign language speakers, who can help eliminate language barriers right from the root level.

•    Government Openings for Foreign language speakers: As an individual who is firm on enjoying a certain level of job security in any opening that he or she takes up, a Government job is sure to rightly fit the bill. If you are interested in getting an easy entry in any of the Government departments, then your knowledge of a foreign language is sure to take you much ahead in the rat race. As a well versed foreign language speaker, you can grab a job in Government departments such as the Prime Minister’s Office as well as the Indian Revenue Service section.

•    Foreign Language Teachers: Of late, foreign languages such as French, German and Spanish are seen entering the academic curriculum, not only in colleges, but also in certain schools. As students are being introduced to a new language, one needs to be imparted knowledge right from the very basics. This is exactly where a foreign language tutor skips into the picture. As a foreign language teacher, you can either find a job at any of the academic institutions or instead choose to train students privately.

•    Foreign Language Freelancer jobs: If you do not wish to pursue a full time career with respect to foreign languages at large, then you can kick start your work on a part time basis. You can start exploring freelance opportunities either by spreading a word in your social circle or taking assistance from the Internet or social media as such. One very common job opportunity that you can grab as a foreign language freelancer is that of a foreign language translator or interpreter. Over a period of time, you will be able to make a strong foot in the industry and then freelance opportunities would just keep flowing in.

How well do Foreign Language Speakers get paid?

•    Demand Supply Imbalance: Knowledge of foreign languages such as French, German, Japanese, Chinese and even Spanish for that matter is very limited among individuals. This has led to a rigid imbalance between the demand and supply parameters. With introduction of foreign languages in academic institutes followed by knowledge of a foreign language being made a prerequisite by many of the companies out there, demand for foreign language speakers is seen rising with every passing day. However, on the other hand, the number of people who are well versed with foreign languages at large is somewhat low. This has led to a situation where in the demand for foreign languages is seen surpassing the available supply. This in turn has led to foreign language speakers fetching handsome pay packages.

•    Payment in Foreign Currencies: Yet another reason as to why foreign language speakers are seen earning heavy packages is because in some of the cases they get paid at rates compatible with the currency of the host country. For example, if a person is working for a US based company, then his or her pay package may be decided in dollars. Furthermore, if the person happens to be an Indian citizen, then there are bright chances of he or she receiving a heavy pay package, solely because the US dollar is much powerful than the Indian Rupee in today’s date.

What does the Future have in store for Foreign Language Speakers?

                                      Or

What is the Future of learning a foreign language ?

•    Precondition to Foster Exchanges: As you all must be very well aware, geographical constraints are slowly and steadily coming to an end with the world citizens coming together and becoming one. With the opening up of boundaries, knowledge of various foreign languages in order to foster meaningful exchanges among countries has become a must. What we need to note here is that this is just the beginning of it all. The future for sure is going to be much bigger and brighter as far as the need of foreign language expertise is concerned.

•    Better Recognition Worldwide: In recent times, having knowledge of foreign languages though considered a wise move is not been made mandatory as such. However, it would not be wrong to claim that in the near future foreign languages would take center stage with more and more people taking up various foreign languages courses at large. On the other hand, an array of professional institutes would be seen spreading their wings and finding base in each and every country on this globe.

•    Success Parameter in Jobs: If you were to appear for a job interview anytime soon, then in that case even if you are ignorant about foreign languages as such, not every company would disregard you. Based on your academic qualifications and interpersonal skills, you would be able to get a worthwhile job. However, the pace with which change is being introduced in the job market, it surely wouldn’t take much time for knowledge of foreign languages to be considered as a vital success parameter before selecting any candidate for a job. Almost every company, both domestic as well as international is expected to lay sufficient weight-age on the aspect of having knowledge of one of the many foreign languages available out there. Hence, one should definitely consider signing up for foreign language course.
