Facing problem to get online visa appointment for Czech Republic Embassy ?
To start with I would say that this is the case with thousands of students and candidates every month, so don’t feel unlucky and importantly don’t lose hope as after converting to online visa appointment procedure “Embassy of Czech republic” has only tried to make things simpler to help you, as this system is operated from one place for all the students/candidates applying for Czech long term visa from more than hundred’s of countries.
But let’s call it website/software failure or your luck that you have been trying so hard for the first time so it seems a big problem to you for booking an online appointment at this era of finding ease in everything. But let’s take it otherwise this could be a preparation of mind and soul to try hard as you are trying for nothing less….its Schenagen country guys…so this much pain is expected to be beard.
Now come to the point, are you trying to book appointment at https://visapoint.eu and let me confirm that you are at right place because this is only the “Indo-Pak Amritsar border” kind of website which you have to cross in order to get your visa interview appointment. Now let me give you brief description how to proceed with it.
When you search for https://visapoint.eu, you come to this beautiful page which shows you some 200+ important words to read, but from second try onwards you hardly pay attention and just click “Accept”

Now you get directed to the next page, which gives you three options to select from: “Request appointment slot” “confirm request” or “Check position in queue” Please click on first option
Now you will be forwarded to next page, where it will ask you to enter your “citizenship”…after selecting this, next two options will be selected automatically provided country of your citizenship have Czech Embassy otherwise “Country of Residence” will be selected automatically whereas “Czech Embassy/Consulate in” option you have to select based on your choice of country to go for Interview.
Let’s come to the important point, now your fourth option will give you further four options to select and as I can conclude (it’s just with an assumption that you have come all the way to this part of my writing) most probably either you are “frustrated” or “student” who is trying from many days and now started to look for settings, loop holes, problems, ideas or options to get through this appointment process. But let me tell you very straight that, there is no shortcut to this process because people like you and me from several countries are trying every minute and website don’t have brotherhood with anyone, it’s just time and luck.
Once you select one option out of four, you will be asked to prove that you are not a robot, which you are not because robots don’t need visa appointment…lol. And if you have tried a lot of time proving system that you are not a robot, you might be able to understand my point in next two lines: In process to be assumed as human, i have seen 100’s of cars parked on road in front of a shop without signboard of a bridge to make myself human.
And when you are done proving yourself a frustrated and helpless human being, you mostly have to see this page which says “we are deeply sorry for your inconvenience and better luck next time”.

But if you never got chance to go beyond this mountain, let me describe you the beautiful view on other side of this mountain. Let’s assume that you were lucky enough and you have been directed to next page, where it is showing a Requested date of appointment available…plz plz plz don’t dare to waste time saying “yes, yes,yes I made it today” because there is only few seconds time you have to go through rest of the process. So, simply click on “Next” as that is the only beautiful option left after long hunt. So, now you are at your dream page where it is asking you about your personal details like: Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Country of Birth and Gender.
After filling those details when you click next, you are asked to enter Passport and contact details like: Passport number, Email Address and Phone number. Next to this is Review and submit option where your filled information will be shown to you for confirmation that there is no mistake and once done with this you will be sent a code on your email which you have to enter to confirm the appointment.
And Guys promise yourself that you won’t go crazy after seeing below screenshot because this is the mother of all appointment letters. As you can see now your appointment is confirmed and your Passport no., Appointment tracking number and confirmation code will be mentioned on this appointment letter with your requested place, date and time of Appointment. Also, you will be given option of “print” with some golden words mentioned above: “You have successfully confirmed your appointment. Please print this page out and save the tracking no. for your records.
