Requirement of Argentina Embassy

Please note that the presentation of additional documentation
is required for certain types of visas. Intra-company transfer letters, birth
and marriage certificates, police clearance certificates and letters of
parental consent must be duly authenticated by the “Apostille” by the Ministry
of External Affairs in New Delhi.
Should the country where the
documents originate not follow the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement
for Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (presently the case of
Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal and Sri Lanka), the documents must be authenticated
by the local Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
All documents must be presented in original (no photocopies or faxes will be
accepted), certified by a notary and translated into Spanish. Translations must be
adequate and done by professionals.
