Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings of the Day!
We provide professional Punjabi interpreters with good command in English and Punjabi language for Visa interview at various Embassies in Delhi like: U.S. Embassy (American Embassy), U.K. Embassy (Britain Embassy), Canada Embassy, Australia Embassy, Switzerland Embassy and so on.
Every year hundreds of people from Punjab and different states of India use our interpretation services for their interviews.
In case of Visa Interview, every visa applicant must have an interview with a Consular Officer. In most of the Embassies, all visa interviews are conducted in English. If you do not speak English, you will need an interpreter. To add an interpreter to your appointment, you have to inform Embassy about the details of Interpreter who will accompany you. These details include name and passport no. of interpreter.
You can also contact us for Punjabi to English certified translation of your documents from to be presented or submitted at any Embassy, Immigration, High commission and Consulate in India.
Given below are some helpful tips for people preparing for interview at Embassy:
(1) Always be on time and make sure you reach Embassy at least half an hour before your scheduled interview. This will help you in remaining confident and saving tension of being late.
(2) Try to wear some formal clothes for your interview.
(3) Be true and honest with your answers while replying to Consular officer, because these people are highly experienced and trained to figure out any lie.
(4) Try to be calm and listen properly to the asked question, and only after getting the meaning of question properly then answer it with confidence.
(5) If you are not able to understand the question of Consular officer because of their ascent, then you may ask him/her to repeat it for you again but do not try to answer partially understood question.
(6) Be confident and try to look into Consular officer eyes throughout the interview.
(7) A good preparation of interview can save you from being nervous. Smile on your face is again helpful in hiding nervousness.
(8) Try to not to ask irrelevant question and save yourself from entering into any type of argument.
(9) Instead of giving false answer, it’s always better to confess your non ability to answer that question because of lack of knowledge or whatsoever the reason may be.
Hope above tips will be of some help in your interview preparation. If you have any tips or suggestions which you want to share with others, you can write me a mail
